Club Fitness offers individual personal training. Whether you are a professional athlete or have never exercised, our personal trainers will put together a customized fitness routine just for you. Contact one of our personal training directors at Club Fitness to schedule an appointment.

Club Fitness PT's are certified and highly qualified to help you meet your fitness goals through individualized workouts. Each client is trained based on goals, fitness level and abilities.

We offer several personal training packages with the option of 30 minute or 1 hour sessions. Initial assessments are free and include goal setting based on weight, body fat percentage and measurements.
